Nuanced exploration involves an in-depth review of life’s ups and downs and emotional processing for the purpose of long-term insights.
My clients present with a range of issues including anxiety, trauma, major depressive disorder, or Bipolar II. These folks have a desire for highly effective, creative interventions and coping skills within a holistic framework. Examples include journaling, mirror work, Progressive Counting, meditation, and EFT tapping.
