I work with people moving through grief, anxiety, major life transitions, and the existential and spiritual questions that surface when life shifts. I'm especially drawn to those exploring identity, relationships, and sexuality, and to people navigating ADHD, learning differences, or chronic illness in systems that weren't built for them. I also offer a grounded, judgment-free space for those integrating or making meaning from a psychedelic experience. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I welcome anyone who's never felt at home in traditional therapy.
My approach is holistic and person-centered; I look beyond any single symptom to the relationships, contexts, and patterns shaping your life. I draw on training in mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you shift stuck thoughts and manage big emotions, alongside a transpersonal lens that makes room for spiritual and existential questions.
If you've been longing for a space where you don't have to perform or have it all together, this might be it. I'll meet you where you are, and we'll move at a pace that's yours. I believe healing is possible even when it feels far away, and that being truly seen and accepted is where it begins. If you'd like to work together, I'd love to hear from you.
