My clients are adults carrying something heavy - anxiety that’s become constant background noise, depression that’s made things feel flat, a demanding recovery journey, or a life that’s shifting faster than they can keep up with. Many of my clients are navigating major transitions: career crossroads, identity questions, changing relationships, or a sense that the life they’re living doesn’t match the one they want. I offer a judgment-free space for LGBTQ+ individuals and anyone who hasn’t felt at home in a traditional therapy room. Whatever brings you here, we’ll work together to understand it, and move through it with purpose.

Before training as a counselor, I studied how people function, grow, and sometimes get stuck at work. That background gives me a distinct lens on career struggles, burnout, and identity questions. Grounded in ACT, CBT, and DBT, my strengths-based, integrative style centers on your abilities and real, visible change.

Finding the right provider can be stressful, and starting therapy takes courage, even when you feel ready. You don’t need perfect words or a clear diagnosis.
