Counseling Intern

My therapeutic philosophy begins with a single conviction: you are not broken. You are a whole person navigating a complex life, and the wisdom you need is already within you. My role is not to fix, but to accompany — to walk alongside you as that wisdom finds its voice.

Rooted in mindfulness and somatic practice, with a foundation in CBT, DBT, and ACT, my work honors the full landscape of human experience — thought, emotion, body, and the spaces between. Through parts work, breathwork, and embodied awareness, we turn toward what is present rather than away from it. Healing, in this sense, is less a destination than a deepening — a gradual return to yourself.

Whether you are crossing the threshold of a major life transition, sitting in the quiet weight of depression or anxiety, untangling the complexities of relationship, or integrating an experience that has no easy name — I offer a space where all of it is welcome. I work with adults and couples, parents and step-parents, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, those in non-traditional relationships, and those navigating psychedelic experiences in search of meaning and integration.

As a trained yoga and meditation teacher, I bring a contemplative, whole-person lens to every session. I meet you with warmth, directness, and the occasional humor — because the path inward does not have to be walked in silence or solemnity.

If something in you is ready to begin, I am here.
