Counseling Intern
I am currently in a clinical placement as part of the Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University where I am fueling my desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. I believe in helping people grow through wellness and resilience with a specialty in cultural identity.
With a foundation in psychodynamic theory, I am committed to working with you toward clarity, understanding, and acceptance through a warm and empathetic approach. I believe in cultivating a judgment-free zone in which we can explore challenges, strengths, and areas of growth together, as well as goals we can set for our work together, both short and long-term.
Together we can work on setting boundaries, being kind to ourselves, and creating a brave space to create a vision of the future that you desire. Anything is welcome in our space together.
