Counseling Intern
“Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.”
– Davis Richo
I am Bona Busari (BAW-nuh), a Mental Health Counseling Intern at Northwestern University. I believe that it’s important to understand yourself. Knowing why you are the way you are (and think and feel as you do), creates the foundation for living a more fulfilled life.
I hold a safe space that allows us to explore your past and work toward future goals. I have a soulful yet solution-focused approach that provides realistic tools that achieve your wellness goals.
In our work together:
First, we will understand your obstacles on a deeper level.
Next, we will determine the steps that you can take to grow into the person you wish to be.
Finally, I will guide and give you feedback and perspective so that you can be emotionally supported through your discovery and healing.
I offer free phone consultations for new clients.
I look forward to hearing from you!
